• We have a minimun order amount of $35.
• We can be reached by email at: rareplant@gmail.com .
• We collect the e-mail addresses of those who post messages to, or make purchases from our site.
• We don't make the e-mail addresses of those who access our site available to anyone else. We collect email addresses from orders placed or from customers requesting to be on our email mail list.
• We notify our current and past customers only when pertaining to an order placed, when answering a question or to notify of up and coming events at Rare Plant Research (ie. Open Nursery or Open Garden events).
• If you do not want to receive e-mail from us in the future, please let us know by visiting us at: rareplant@gmail.com or unscribing from the email.

Guarantee Policy

We take great pride in the plants we produce and sell. For us and for everyone who has ever grown plants, sometimes these living breathing beings, die. We guarantee that our plants will arrive healthy and in good condition.  Damaged leaves do not qualify for replacement. If you receive plants of questionable quality, you must return within 3 days of receipt. We will gladly refund your purchase and cost of return shipping.   If you do not return the plant(s) to us within this 3-day period of time, a plant that may have been saved becomes a plant that is out of our control and  responsibility.
